Being in circle framing drumming together creates such an effortless sense of rhythmic bonding and wordless coherence with others. Plus, it's now been scientifically proven to help relieve symptoms of depression, addiction, social anxiety, and a host of others; it's simple, cheap, and fun to do alone or with others.
